Overview
The City of Gilman, MN did not have a posted ordinance adopting building codes. The MN Department of Labor and Industry's building code database confirmed the adoption of all current MN Building Codes. However, Building Permits and Certificate of Occupancy are required under the City of Gilman's Zoning Ordinance.
